I’m not sure if anyone else has run into this, but the store closes a bit too early for me to swing by after work. It makes those quick grocery trips kind of frustrating when I just need to grab a few things. I’d definitely shop here more often if the hours were a little more convenient.

I like going to Brookshire’s because it just feels Easy to shop there. The store is clean, not super loud, and most of the aisles are usually tidy. even the lighting feels nicer than a lot of grocery stores, not that harsh bright kind. It makes a regular grocery run feel a lot less stressful, which I really appreciate.

Brookshire’s is fine, it’s just not close enough for me. I end up passing other stores to get there, so I don’t go much. Wish there was one a little more convenient...

I had a quick question about my online order and the customer service person was really nice. They helped me fast and I didn’t feel like I was getting passed around or just ignored, which happens way too often lol. They fixed the little issue and explained it in a normal way that actually made sense. Good experince overall, no real complaints.

I barely had to wait in line today, and the checkout seemed to move fast. It was one of those trips where you’re kind of thinking, “Wait, that was quicker than usual, wasn’t it?”

The promos catch your eye at first, but once I get to the final price, it still feels high. Compared to other places I’ve been checking lately, I’m just not seeing much of a savings here anymore.

I grabbed a cart today and was actually happy with it. The handle wasn’t sticky, the basket was clean, and the wheels didn’t wobble all over the place. It made my quick grocery run feel easy, which I definitely appreciated. A simple thing, but a "good" cart really does help

I was pleasantly surprised today because everything I needed was actually in stock. I've had to run around to a few other stores before and still come up short, so this was a much smoother experience compared to competitors. Definitely saved me time and hassle.

I like going to Brookshires because it’s easy to move around in there, most times anyway. The aisles don’t get all crammed up, and I’m not just standing there waiting behind people forever, which is nice. Even if there’s more people than usual, it still kind of flows okay. Makes getting groceries not so annoying, which I appreciate.

I’ve ordered from Brookshire’s a handful of times now, and the payment process has always been smooth. My card goes through quickly, and you get the receipt almost right away. Nothing complicated, which I really appreciate.

I was a little nervous checking my statement at first, but then relieved. The receipt matched the card charge exactly, and there weren’t any weird extra fees or surprise charges. Simple thing, but it definitely gave me peace of mind.

I tried curbside pickup and it ended up being late, which already had me annoyed. Then I gave delivery a shot and somehow half my stuff was missing. At that point I was ready to scream into the void. I really wanted this to be convenient, but both options kind of let me down big time

I like the store overall, but every time I go to use the self-checkout, I get this feeling it’s going to act up, and a lot of the time, it does. It’ll freeze, call for help over some random item, or just not scan things right. I end up standing there waiting for an employee anyway, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. I really hope they fix it because it’s starting to get frustrating...

I shop at Brookshire’s now and then, and my most recent experience with the website was frustrating. The latest time I tried using it, a few buttons didn’t come through clearly with my screen reader, and getting around the weekly ad felt way more tedious than it should have.
I also ran into issues zooming in on some pages, where parts of the page would get cut off or become hard to use. Maybe it didn’t bother me as much before, but after dealing with it recently, it really stuck with me. The site is usable if I’m patient, but it shouldn’t take that much effort, and I really hope they improve it soon.

Stopped here for gas and saved a little, which I appreciated. The pump was a bit slow and the lines can get busy, but everyone’s just trying to get fueled up and get on their way, so a little patience goes a long way.

I really appreciate how Brookshire’s is always showing up for local schools, food drives, and other community stuff. It’s nice to shop somewhere that literally backs up what they say and actually helps the town, not just talks about it

I’m usually a little skeptical when places say stuff like “fast and easy,” because half the time it’s just polished company talk. But this actually was smooth. They filled my prescription the same day and sent me a text when it was ready. Pickup didn’t take long, and the woman at the pharmacy was genuinely nice. No problems on my end...

Ordered groceries online and pickup was quick. Everything was there, no problems at all.

I pretty much always find a spot super quick, which is such a relief lol. Makes parking way less stressful.
